PROJECT: community action

ORAL COMPETENCE: community action project.

TASK:

In groups of 3 students, create a charity to help in your community.

(If the project is feasible, it may become a real one!) 😃

STEPS:

A)     Identify a given problem in your community.

B)     Think about possible solutions.

C)      Create an organisation to raise money for the cause. Create a logo and a platform for dissemination (website, blog, social media account, etc).

D)     Think about a specific event you can organise and how to promote it:

a.      Holding  a sale

b.      A charity run

c.       Door to door

d.      A charity concert, etc

E)      Present your charity and your event to your classmates. Create a presentation file (powerpoint, google slides, open doc, etc) to support your presentation to your classmates.
